Hello, It's Me® Relationship Coaching Agreement

This agreement is between you and Focus EduSolutions, Inc. for a single 60-minute Relationship Coaching session purchased on the Hello, It's Me® retail site.

What you are purchasing

One 60-minute one-to-one virtual coaching session, delivered by video inside the Hello, It's Me® app, for $110 USD. No subscription or ongoing commitment.

Who can book

The individual receiving coaching or their guardian may book a session. No agency referral is required.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your session at no cost if you do so more than 48 hours before your scheduled session time. Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the session are not accepted and the session is considered used. If your coach cancels, we rebook you at no cost.

Refunds

You receive a full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before your session. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the session. Approved refunds return to your original payment method within 6 to 7 business days.

Session recording

With your consent, we may record your coaching session to support your coaching, train and supervise coaches, and improve the service. You may decline recording. Recordings are stored securely and access is limited to your coach and authorized staff.

What coaching is not

Coaching supports your goals for friendships and relationships through one-to-one video conversation and practice. Coaching is not therapy, medical care, mental health treatment, or a crisis service. Your coach is not your doctor or therapist. If you are in danger or in crisis, call 911, or call or text 988.

Your conduct

Treat your coach with respect. Do not record, copy, or share sessions without our written permission.
