How you are protected.
We work hard to keep profiles real.
We check email, name, location, and social accounts to help identify fake or unsafe profiles. No system is perfect, but we take every report seriously.
We block harmful words in chat
The app stops a bad word before it sends. You will not see it. This works in private chats and group chats. This helps stop bullying.
We help protect your private details
We guide members away from sharing private money details like card or bank numbers in chat, and we build in reminders to keep that information private. No one sends photos in chat. You stay in control of what you share, and we keep working to make every conversation safer.
You report or block anyone
Tap the flag to report a message. Our team reviews and acts. You also block a user yourself. A blocked user loses all contact with you.
We keep checking after you join
We review activity on Day 3, Day 7, and Day 30. We look for kind, safe behavior and act fast on anything wrong.
We watch unsafe accounts closely
If someone acts unsafe, we flag the account, review the activity, and remove the person when needed. We do this quietly in the background.
We keep chat to words, not video or photos
Video chat is off. Members cannot send pictures while chatting. Everyone sees only the profile photos our team has approved. Fewer ways to be caught off guard, more room to connect safely.
